Ginger (Ginger) acts as anti spasmolytic, increases peristalsis, stimulates the secretion of gastric juice and supports the discharge of gas from the intestines. Recent studies suggest a possible use in maintaining cardiovascular health. Other studies have shown that Ginger may be used to support healthy joint function, similar to the way that is used in Ayurvedic medicine. Ginger could be effective in the relief of nausea.
